How can I check the progress of an account application I submitted online?
If you would like to check the progress of a recently submitted online application for a new current account, savings account, credit card, loan or overdraft, Cora your digital assistant can help. First if you are an existing customer, in order for us to help you as quickly as possible, we need you to log in to your Anytime banking or mobile app. Please see the steps below:
- Anytime banking - Log into Anytime Banking. From your home screen, click 'Chat to Cora' to start a chat and type ' help with my account application'
- Mobile app - Go to the home screen of your mobile banking app. Tap 'Help' at the bottom of the screen, then 'Chat to Cora' to start a chat and type 'help with my account application'
