When will cash paid in at the Post Office show?

The money will be added to your account when we receive it from the Post Office®, which is usually within two working days. Please note sometimes it might take a little longer to reach us.

For example:

• Pay in cash on Monday before the Post Office® cut off time. We will usually receive the funds from the Post Office® by Wednesday, and your account will be credited by the end of the day we receive them.
• Pay in cash on Monday after the Post Office® cut off time. We will usually receive the funds from the Post Office® by Thursday, and your account will be credited by the end of the day we receive them.
