I've forgotten my credit card PIN, what should I do?

If you use Anytime Internet Banking to check your credit card, you can request a PIN reminder online.

1. Log in to Anytime Internet Banking - www.anytimebanking.ulsterbank.co.uk (opens in a new window).
2. Select 'Cards' from the main menu.
3. From the 'Manage a personal credit card section' select 'Get a PIN reminder'.
4. This will open a form in a new window, enter the last 5 digits from your card.
5. Click 'Submit'.
6. You should get a page confirming that you should receive the reminder within 3-5 working days.

If you don't have access to Anytime Internet Banking and you have forgotten the PIN for your credit card please call the number on the back of your credit card. Calls may be recorded.
