Why does the Anytime Internet Banking application ask me to try again as I've already entered the correct details?
When trying to complete the Anytime Internet Banking application form you may get the following message:
'Customer advice please address the following issues: We have not been able to match your details against our records from the information you have provided. Please try again checking that the information you have provided is correct and provide more information where possible.'
The reason for this message is to let you check the details you've entered as we cannot match them with our records. The system will give you the opportunity to check your details twice.
If you're happy the details you have entered are correct simply continue your application by clicking the 'Next' button.
