Why does it say 'service temporarily unavailable' when I am logging in?
- Check the details you have entered carefully (Customer Number, PIN and password) and try again.
- If you have recently registered for Anytime Internet Banking but not completed the process all the way to viewing your accounts (instant access) then repeating the registration process may work.
- You could try using an alternative web browser if available.
- If you are using Firefox, try Firefox Safe mode (Start > Programs/All Programs > Mozilla Firefox > Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode). If this works then the issue is most likely caused by one of your Firefox add-ons. (commonly search toolbars).
- If you are using Internet Explorer 7 or above you can try no add-ons mode (Start > Programs/All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (No Add-ons). If this works then the issue is most likely caused by one of your Internet Explorer add-ons. (commonly search toolbars).
