What should I do if my Google Pay™ activation verification code is sent to a number that I wish to change?

You should call us in order to get your Google Pay activated, as requesting the verification code via text will not work straight away after updating your mobile number.

You can now activate your Apple Pay or Google pay by contacting us via our digital teams.

You can do this by opening Your Ulster Bank mobile app and selecting "Help" on the bottom menu and then "Chat to Cora".

Or alternatively you contact us by visiting Apple Pay (opens in a new window) or Google Pay(opens in a new window) on your mobile browser and selecting to contact us in your preferred method.
