We’ve relaunched our Ulster Bank brand. We’ve got a new strapline ‘Tomorrow Begins Today’ – which is about helping you take that first step – and a fresh look and feel. You won’t be able to miss our brand campaign on TV, outdoor advertising and across our social media channels.

The look and feel of our digital channels, including our mobile app, online banking, websites, and our branches will also be refreshed throughout 2023.

No, there’s nothing you need to do. And there are no changes that will impact your products, services, account details (such as account number or sort code) or how you do your banking.

We’re creating new designs for our cards, based on the refreshed look and feel you see on the website, throughout the advertising campaign and on your mobile app.

You’ll only receive a new card in the new design when your card expires or is reported lost or stolen.

No, there are no changes planned to the Ulster Bank brand names or the distinctive daisy wheel logo.
