Bulk Payment
What is Bulk Payment?
Bulk Payments allow business customers to make multiple payments at once via Anytime Internet Banking. This means you only need to use your card-reader/biometrics once, making payroll and supplier payments quick and easy.
You will need to have made at least one previous payment to the payee in order for that specific payee to show on the Bulk payment payee list.
Currently you can make up to 25 payments to existing payees in one bulk payment.
Individual amounts and references can be added to each payment within the Bulk Payment.
Who can make bulk payments?
Business customers with the relevant money transmission account are able to make bulk payments.
Can I make a bulk payment to a new payee?
You will need to have made at least one previous payment to the payee, in order for that specific payee to show on the Bulk payment payee list.
How do I make a bulk payment?
- Select 'Payments and transfers' from the main menu to take you to the Payments and transfers landing page
- Choose the account you want to make the payment from using the account picker
- Select 'Make a bulk payment' under 'Select who to pay'
- Follow the instructions on screen until you reach the confirmation page which will let you know that your payment is complete or scheduled
Can I amend my bulk payment?
If you have set the bulk payment date as today's date then the payment will have been processed and cannot be cancelled or amended.
However, you can amend or cancel a scheduled bulk payment up to 6:20pm (UK time) on the working day before the payment is due to leave your account. This can be done through the 'Manage scheduled payments' option.
