Why doesn't my new direct debit show on my Anytime Internet Banking?

Newly set up direct debits will only show on Anytime Internet Banking once the first payment has been taken from your account.

After the first payment has been taken it will display on your statement, and you will be able to view it along side any other existing direct debits.

To view your existing direct debits:

  1. Log in to your Anytime Internet Banking service at www.anytimebanking.ulsterbank.co.uk (opens in a new window), select "Payments and Transfers" from the main menu.
  2. Under direct debit tab, you can select "Manage direct debits".
  3. You can select a direct debit for more information.
