Reactivate an ISA

How do I reactivate my ISA?

If you are unable to deposit money into your ISA, you may need to reactivate your account.

You can reactivate your ISA in the mobile app or Anytime Internet Banking:

  • Mobile App: Click on "Help" and select "Chat to Cora"
  • Anytime Internet Banking: Log into Anytime Internet Banking and start a new chat by selecting the "Chat to Cora" button in the bottom right hand corner

In either platform, once you have started the new chat, please type "Reactivate my ISA". You'll then be taken through a few steps to complete this process and your ISA will be reactivated the next working day.

You can also reactivate your ISA using telephone banking, and your ISA will be reactivated the next working day. This process isn't currently available for Help to Buy: ISAs.
