How do I request a PIN reminder for my credit card?
Anytime Internet Banking
If you have added your credit card to Anytime Internet Banking under the 'Manage a personal credit card' section of 'Cards' you will be able to request a PIN reminder from the list.
You will also be able to set up a direct debit, add an additional card holder and update the email address associated with your credit card.

Mobile app
- Log in to the mobile app and select your credit card.
- Tap 'Manage My Card' and select 'PIN services'.
- Select 'Send me my PIN' and follow the on-screen instructions.
