What support is available online?

You'll need to have enough money in your account by 2:30pm on the day the payment goes out of your account - otherwise your Direct Debit may be returned.

You can transfer money into your account right now in the Ulster Bank app:

• Log into the Ulster Bank app.
• Tap on ''Payments' at the bottom of the screen.
• Tap 'Transfer money'.

Or to pay from another Bank account:

• Log into the account you want to send money from, then when asked, key in your account details.

If you aren't able to pay money into your account to cover the Direct Debit, you'll need to get in touch with the company you're paying and make another arrangement.

To reduce the amount of interest being charged monthly, you'll need to reduce the amount you borrow monthly.
