We use sophisticated encryption methods to protect your data. All information transmitted through our mobile app is encoded, making it unreadable to potential fraudsters who may try to intercept communications. This encoded data can only be decrypted by our secure servers.

To prevent unauthorised transactions, we require a second authentication step before any money is paid from your account (e.g., Pay Someone New or Get Cash). You’ll only need to complete this step the first time you attempt to use these services. 

When you register for our mobile app, we validate your identity to safeguard against fraud. This includes confirming your Anytime Banking Customer Number and partial PIN and Password.

During registration, you’ll create a secure 5 - 8 digit passcode or enable fingerprint authentication. You will be required to use one of these measures each time you log into the app. Additionally, the app automatically logs you out if it’s closed or your phone goes into hibernation mode.
