Getting started on Anytime Banking

Yes, you will need a card reader if you want to:

• set up or amend a new payee
• make a payment to a new or amended payee for the first time
• create or amend a standing order
• change the PIN or password that you use to login
• change their mobile number

You should order a free card reader when you log into Anytime Banking and this should arrive within 5-10 working days.

You can do this from the Security section on the left hand menu.

We strongly recommend you order this at first login, when prompted.

No,  your business account will show automatically alongside your personal accounts within 48 hours of your business application being processed.

If you have multiple businesses you will have separate registrations for each, with separate login details.

Ulster Bank personal accounts will only show on one of the registrations.

To be able to make third party payments on both registrations, you must order a card reader on both.

Yes, all users registered for the service can make payments.

To request an activation code or reset your details click here and answer a few simple questions.

If you have a debit card, you could be up and running almost immediately.

If your activation code has not arrived within the expected timeframes, please call our Business team for assistance.
