Manage your signatories

Updating a signatory on your business account normally takes 7-10 working days, if the form is completed and submitted online.

Occasionally, if the form has been completed incorrectly, we may need to contact you for further information. This may cause a delay.

No. The only way to add or remove signatories is by filling in the signatory mandate form.

If the business/organisation is a registered charity we will require a copy of the Minutes of the Meeting.

If the business/organisation is a registered trust we will require a copy of the Trust Deeds.

You will be able to upload any supporting documents within the online form process.

In section 2 select “I want to update my existing mandate”, then “I want to update the details of an existing person on my mandate."

In section 3, you can tell us their new position.

Adding signatories to your mandate will not automatically give them access to Anytime Banking. To do so, an Anytime Banking application must be completed.
