I've forgotten my Anytime Internet Banking login details, what should I do?
If you've forgotten or are not sure of your login details for Anytime Internet Banking, don't worry. Here are some reminders which you may find helpful:
Your Customer Number
This has up to 10 digits starting with your date of birth (DDMMYY) and then your unique number (up to 4 digits), which identifies you to the bank. If you’re still not sure, but have an active debit or credit card, you can use the 16-digit card number followed by your usual Anytime Internet Banking PIN and Password.
Your PIN
This is the 4-digit number you chose when you registered for Anytime Internet Banking. It's a separate number from the PIN (Personal Identification Number) you use to get money out of cash machines. Please remember that you will use this PIN with both Anytime Internet Banking and telephone banking.
Your password
Your password is the one you chose when you registered for Anytime Internet Banking. It must be between 6 and 20 characters and will normally be made up of numbers and letters. Please remember that you may need to use this password with telephone banking, and always with Anytime Internet Banking.
If you can't remember your PIN and / or your password, simply re-register for Anytime Internet Banking (opens in a new window) and you should be able to access the service straight away.
