While we won’t be able to update you on your account opening progress over the phone, you can log in to the application hub after 20 days to see how we are progressing.

Firstly, we’ll check your details and we'll get back to you if we need more information from you. If you can reply quickly, that will help us move things along.

If you've finished and haven’t submitted your documents...

You're almost there! We may email you with some paperwork to digitally sign, so please look out for that. Once completed, we'll aim to have your account up and running as quickly as possible.
